The next big race for me is a full marathon in Mumbai which will be followed by the Auroville marathon. There are two options to train – use circuit training with 7 days of training intercepted by one day of rest or follow the traditional marathon training plan with tons of long runs. Frankly, the long runs sometimes can get boring and I think I plan to use the circuit training plan (CTP). CTP will to some extent help me put on some muscle as well for me to look good on Tuxedos, Armani Suits and all that stuff J
The idea is to kick off training from early tomorrow morning at the gym. I am aiming at a gym-work-home schedule for the next four months to culminate the running season this year in style.
Honestly speaking, I hate it when I my emotions are dependent on someone. I hate it when I feel like a part of my body has been cut off when the other person is not around. I simply hate it when I start missing someone more than I should. Running sort of helps me detach myself from love, emotions and stuff like that. I tire myself out so much that I just want to sleep after. And, there you go – that’s another reason why I run.
