Race weekends are fun. They are full of energy, panic, nervousness, anxiety and color. Color in terms of dri-fits and technical clothing. Color in terms of family, friends and strangers gathering to watch the race. Almost none of them are around when I finish though J
A bajji got me last night. On my way back home, I was tempted to just eat one of those oily thing and I almost ended up puking after my circuit last evening.
The part about getting back into shape is that you need to spend a month just conditioning with conditioning workouts which are intense by itself. Then you have the marathon training and then you have the actual marathon itself. Following which, you have bigger goals like qualifying for a big race (Read:
