Rahul Mahajan, 7km and the Re-Union

Due to a longish meeting at work yesterday, I had to skip my evening run. I was also intending to find a reason to skip running in the evenings because I desperately wanted to re-change my biological cycle such that I wake up in the mornings. Emailed Manjari and Balaji and we were set to run in Lalbagh this morning at 6:00 am. It was a smooth time and because the company was good, the timing did not matter at all.

We had two veggie sandwiches; dates and a protein shake after the run that made me feel all the more healthy.

In other news, Rahul Mahajan has been having a good time at the big boss show. The show itself is crappy but it coincides at the same time I watch television and I invariably stop to watch it for a second.

Leaving for Chennai today and the boys want to have a re-union. Personally, I am not upto drinking over the weekend and I might go in late for a mocktail. Yeah, I understand its funny but its important for me to run in Chennai on Sunday morning to clock 42 km for the week.

Yeah, Big Boss is a kind of a program you'd love to hate....

me recovering from an ankle injury during the Gokarna trek.... out of action for couple of weeks at least.... hope to be back to running before Kaveri at least...

Mahajan seems happy to make a complete idiot of himself on the show -- all day, every day. Cringe worthy, but good for a few sniggers nonetheless!
