Spent half my sunday in the airport and the other half at home. The part in the airport was awfully boring but Murakami kept me going. Its quite hard to point out why airports are boring but they seem to me like structures that do not have any character whatsoever. Fake smiles from airhostesses, the boring overpriced food, security checks can just kill you. The moment you land in Chennai you find these highway robbers posed as auto drivers waiting to fleece you. Anyways, the second half of the day was fantastic. Got to watch some IPL games, eat home food and chat with my folks for close to 6 hours. I figured how much I miss them when they are not around.
I was terribly excited to come back to Thanjavur. However, after landing here I feel that things have moved so fast once again that I need to lay back, relax and just watch as things go by.
I am devoting the next two weeks to just play basketball, throw the frisbee around and work on overall fitness. I don't feel like training for the next three weeks and I am just going to follow my heart.
