Running Strategy - 2008

It has been extremely difficult to wake up on time to catch a run after the Singapore marathon. Let me list out the reasons:

a) a late night at zara where i was not drinking but just hanging out
b) a late night at zara where i was drinking more than everyone else on the table
c) played too much basketball on the previous evening
d) reading/watching a movie until midnight
e) dinner after 10 pm. I just can't wake up if i eat after 8 pm

Anyways, this is going to be my running outline for 2008.

January to March: conditioning + 40 minute run for 5 days a week (1.5 hours a day)
April to June: Speed training - 400 mt circuits, 800 mt circuits, 1200 mt circuits, yasso 800s
July to October: Runners world 3:30 marathon schedule, marathon circuit training
November: Newyork marathon

This year has been the year of health and wealth. I made sufficient money to pay off my educational loans and also been ultra fit for most of the year. Adding to last years goals of health and wealth, this year, the focus is going to get back to school again and getting a excellent management degree from a reputed school in the States.
