Since I got out of work a bit late yesterday, I went out on a 7km run. It was simply too easy to break into the shoes and that is exactly why Japan is known for its technology. Nikes would take me atleast a week to break in and even then the runs would not be smooth. I honestly could not feel the ground when I ran yesterday.
Two things that the MBA helped me out this year was making some good friends and working on my personal life. When I first came here, we honestly thought we would break up because of tons of negative energy and loaded questions about our personal lives. We honestly thought we would not last for more than 2 months but then the comfort and the fundamentals that we built during the first two years really helped us stay together. The main thing about a successful relationship is blind trust and I guess that’s is the only thing that kept us going. We had our own individual lives but were extremely responsible even during times when we were completely drunk in a club or whatever. Honestly, a life without trust and high insecurity would only lead to more turbulence. I also think I could have grown up.
There was some knee pain today after two 20’s back to back but the legs have to learn and they have to learn fast. Re-learning what you already know is what is tough but has to be done.
