Through this week, I have been living a fairly disciplined routine keeping in mind the magic number of 70. Last evening after work, I managed to get a one hour run followed by an hour of intense yoga where we focused on the upper body. Ofcourse, I slept like a baby and what woke me up was a bad dream at around 5:30 am. This morning’s yoga was a grueling 108 sun salutations. I am close to 40km if I do a 10k run this evening. The plan is to get another 10-15k tomorrow morning and cover the rest of the distance on Sunday morning. It will be good to give the knees a little rest on Saturday – they really need it.
