Training for the Sunfeast 10k began this morning with a easy 10k run in 55 min. First we decided to run around Ulsoor but for the last 2.5 miles, we broke off the loop and busted it out on the road. After running on the track, running on the road felt like a good kiss and I took off for most part until I bumped into a coconut water vendor. It was too tempting to continue running.
After the run Gautam showed me a “Yoga for Runners” video on his Ipod and I rode back home. I checked the time and there was sufficient time for the 7:50 am yoga class and decided to walk in. Giving you some background, I have been torn between going to the gym and the yoga class over the last few days. The yoga teacher turned out to be super duper hot and the class itself was quite a workout. Clearly, yoga will be learnt thoroughly over the next two months.
Tomorrow’s run is a easy 30 min run in Cubbon park and I am going to just keep it really easy. A bunch of friends are coming down on Saturday from
