The strategy is highly basic. Just wake up every morning and go to the maidan (ground) and watch people run. I feel that it will help me feel motivated and sooner or later I’ll be able to regain my speed.
Jogged for about 2k this morning and spent a lot of time stretching. We did some frisbee drills for the tournament that is coming up in Kodaikanal later this month. There is a small possibility that I might miss the tourney but doing drills and playing with the team is always fun.
The frustrating part is that my recovery times have now increased and it is basically really hard for me to do two workouts on consecutive days. Hope this changes before April which will give me about 40 days to train for the 10k in Bangalore.
