Its always good to get back home to Chennai. There is something kaataa (tribal) about this place - the autodrivers, the tea shop, the sangeeta waiter who always says "late aago" (it will take time), the weather...I could go on and on about this place.
The run started at 5:15 am and we had a bunch of good runners today - Arun, Ram, Hari, Sandy, Nischal and I. We cruised the 8k distance and we really did it quite fast. The plan for tomorrow is to get a 21k in something like 1:40-1:45. Watched this movie called Without Limits that happens to be the story of Pre. Its a must watch.
Running has been on my head over the last few days. I've been following my schedule well and have been hitting the road as often as I can. Sandy mentioned this morning that I need to lift more weights to load my muscles and I am precisely just going to do that until the Auroville.
