Although I missed my 13.33km run this morning (plan to do it after work in Defense colony this evening), I managed to fix myself some healthy breakfast that consisted of two sandwiches, a glass of milk, some nuts and an orange. Lunch was healthy enough too at a Jain restaurant – three chapattis, a small bowl of rice, dhal, potatoes, a dish that I did not bother to touch since it looked greasy, some cut veggie salad and a glass of buttermilk. Good and affordable stuff!!!
The moment I get out of work, the plan is to stretch out like a little cat and get a nice long slow run. I have decided that I will not abuse my body this week and focus on running as much as possible with Santosh who is attempting a 200km run in 24 hours. I just hope its not hot enough during the day on Sunday.
