I leave for Andhra tonight to handle a client training program on microfinance information systems. Travelling is great but the part I hate about travelling is getting to the destination - you first take an auto to the airport/railway station, walk through the security/crowds and spend atleast an hour waiting for the train/flight which is invariably delayed. However, once I get to the destination, I love it - the street food, the local accents, local behavior and customs is all something I relish.
Last evening's workout was a 5k run in 28 minutes which was followed by a full body circuit. I don't enjoy running on the adi zeros I bought recently. I feel some pain below my ankle when I run fast and my posture is a little screwed up when I run on them. Though they are light shoes and could increase my speed, I don't think its worth it to risk injury for a few minutes of improvement. I'll just use my heart to run faster rather than adi zeros.
Met the boys in Rendezvous and we brainstormed on some business ideas and we ended up with some good ones. I often find that when the product is kept simple it has the potential to generate high revenues.

I bought some new Adis as well...they've been pretty good so far...and I finally got a shoe that's both good and pretty! :p
Have fun in Andhra!
Got Mizunos. I was biased towards Asics...but Mizunos seem so much better. One blister the first week but now everything is good. Not running yet, this tropical weather is not too good for that.
