Princesa, butterflies and Bahrain

Butterflies in my stomach again. I got back from Bahrain last morning and I think the guys there are so damn rich. Back in Thanjavur, I was dealing with farmers and consultants who were extremely poor. In stark contrast, I am dealing with the sheiks here who wear rolex watches and carry blackberrys. I thought I did a decent job in the first set of meetings to cover my ignorance.

I am partying it up in Bangalore this weekend with two of my best friends who are leaving to explore the world next week. It was great to run and swim in Bahrain. I find it always facinating to run in a new country and for me thats the best way to experience the place. A friend says I am living in the meanest location in the Gulf but I am still supposed to experience that part of Bahrain.

This girl is driving me nuts because she is funny as hell and parties like a rockstar. I have never seen an expat experiencing India the way she does.
