Back in Thanjavur and this place is way better than Chennai when it comes to the traffic situation. It took me an hour and plenty of swearing to get home from Teynampet last afternoon.
It was great to go to the gym and get a good, effective 2 hour work-out. This included about 40 minute cycle ride, 50 push-ups, a good amount of bench and some weights for my biceps and triceps. The plan is to lift, run and swim the entire week until monday which is going to be my rest day.
One area that I need to regain focus on is the diet. I have been skipping breakfast for a few days now and I really don't enjoy it. I ordered myself a plate of idly, vada and pongal along with some coffee this morning and I plan ot gobble that up right now.
