Evening Run

I missed my run last morning and the guilt made me do my interval training after work. I usually leave work by 7:00 and after relaxing a little bit at home, I hit some inroads. The run was fantastic and I figured a new route. The run lasted for about a hour with 5 intervals of 6 minutes each excluding a warm-up of 2km and a cool-down of 2km. This was followed with 5 reps of 20's - shoulders, abs, push-ups and triceps.

The phone conked again this morning and my alarm did not go off. So, missed my run again this morning which means i need to do a 6.5km run this evening. Tomorrow morning's schedule is a 13.5km run which means i can still average out a 10 km.
