Back on my Feet

Venue: Pachiayappas College
Start: Late Start - 7:30 am
Number of laps: 12 laps (6 laps clockwise and 6 anti-clock wise)

The run was fairly good after a break of one month from running. I did not feel the fatigue or any pain on my legs due to a good 15 minute stretch before and after the run. Also, topped the run with quality 3 sets of push-ups with 30 push-ups in each set.

What was I thinking during the run? Posture and breathing and Idlis waiting at home after the run.

In other news, I am reading this book called the Great Game that talks about the british and the Russian intellegence during the 1800's and early 1900's. I also just completed reading "Google". The running book I am reading is called currently is called "Running on Empty" and it is disgustingly humorous. All three are recommended.
