An email from a fellow runner

It was a perfect example of very good disorganization
from Rotary. I was shocked when Ram and Harish told
me that the Marathon was stoped at 9.50 AM.

I am not considering my agony but thinking about the
people who are not as lucky as us being in Chennai and
coming from the far distance places (including
foreigners). How would have they felt when someone
stops the racing. Perhaps it damages Indias image as
well.

I feel like going to consumer court for this. Either
they should have announced that the Marathon will be
stopped after the completion of top few runners or
they should have told "Marathon for wining" rather
than "Marathon for peace". Anyone have the concrete
idea; why the Marathon had been stopped in between.
Does any marathon gets stopped?
