Running, SDA Bocconi and Dad

At last, everything is coming together. I got admitted to the MBA program at SDA Bocconi and have decided to take it up. I scraped all the cash I had and paid my first instalment for college. College officially starts on October 8th and I plan to fly out on October 1st from India. The sad part will be leaving Bangalore on September 1st. I will miss my friends here especially the ones I made in the last one year.

Running has started almost full fledged. In Chennai, I got a chance to meet an ultra runner called Paul who trashed me on the ECR Run. I was left panting at the end of 23kms post which I completed the run as a pillion rider on a bike. That is embarrassing!!! Hopefully in the next few months I will be able to crank up the mileage and the stamina.

Over the last few months, I have been extremely impressed by my dad’s enthusiasm. He is going all the way to help me out with the loan and the MBA. There seems to be no fear in him to be a guarantor for the tuition which is no small amount. It is about time I give back to the family and there is no running away from this anymore. Just hope to get a well paying job after I graduate.

Finally, I promise to write more and definitely keep miling more.

This is good. I have been to Milan and found it to be uber cool.

Enjoy your stay and study there. Will try to visit you, now that I know you will be there.

Good city to study, party, have fun and to run.
