I almost forgot my own password to this blog. The reason for not writing is that I have not been running at all since the Mumbai marathon. Honestly, the Mumbai marathon was an overdose of heat and running in the heat. I did well considering how hot it was but you can never be satisfied with your performance. Being content is a sure shot to failure. Being content, for me, is accepting your own limitations and coming to terms with it.
Going back to running, I am giving it a little bit of a break. The MBA degree has been waiting for too long and I think it is about time to get that out of the way. Also, I am quite bored of running in India and I think a MBA degree abroad will help me taste the roads in Europe for a bit. There are a few sure shot universities that I am applying to. I really want to leave this geography atleast for a bit and live in an obscure country and learn a new culture, language and maybe a way of beer guzzling.
So the process for the GMAT grind, essays and recommendation letters has been going on for the last month or so and I have exactly 52 days to submit my application in SDA Bocconni. My running shoes are deep in the shelf but I remove them once a week to use them for basketball.
