A combination of many things made me feel like not working out this weekend and indulging a little bit in the activity of beer drinking. The reasons are –
a) Too much of running over the last 10 days
b) A small risk of tendonitis – I feel some mild pain on my right leg
c) Fun company of folks who just wanted to let loose
d) The weather itself that made me sit insid
However, this week, I plan to crank up the mileage again to touch 80k. Its really not that hard because on an average you would be putting in about 12-13 km per day. With a good warm-up and warm-down, you should be able to do it. The mileage next week will be low again due to the sunfeast run on May 31. I finally registered for that and got myself new socks to motivate me to run this week.
I am thinking about a running tattoo on my back or my neck. I was planning to get the greek messenger with wings. Check this out and let me know

Looks very feminine.
Having said that I think long distance running comes more natural to women!
