Speed workout - 16/10/2007

I reached marina beach at 5:17 am just when the 5:15 am run was about to begin. The schedule looked rather simple - a 1.5km jog, 1 minute fast run followed by 1 minute normal pace, 2 minutes fast run followed by 1 minute normal pace, 3 minute fast run followed by 1 minute normal pace and repeat this for 5km.

After the run we did a circuit of push-ups, abdomens, lunges and sit-ups. Tomorrow is a 6k run on the beach at marina to develop the core.

As usual...the GHOST who runs was running on some other beach?? :)))

you will treat all of us if you do not finish in under 4 at sgp.

the reverse doesnt hold...
