The Week's schedule

After playing ultmate for about two hours straight yesterday, my legs were not in a mood to wake up this morning. I skipped my 10.5 km run this morning which I have to catch up this evening. The other runs scheduled for this week are a 6.5k on saturday and a 31.5k on sunday morning which needs to be done in 3:15 min. This is quite possible but I need to hold back during the first 21 kms and hydrate myself at constant intervals.

In other news, I purchased a wine bottle yesterday and folks have let me sip wine at home after days of persuasion. Please note a trend: I am moving from beer to wine.
