Before I start, I must say that I am a bush - hater but I don't see why there is a huge hue and cry about a Dubai company transfer of six major American ports to a United Arab Emirates-owned company.
“People don’t need to worry about security,” the commander-in-chief told a gathering of Congressional opponents earlier this month. And yes, you don't need to worry just because a company based in Dubai is taking over your ports.
The US introduced globalization to the world. American companies started the phenomenan by realizing that there is cheap labor in several parts of the world. They lobbyed with the Indian and Chinese governments for outsourcing. They taught the world that outsourcing and globalization was beyond boundaries. Rules of globalization were the world has one color and one race.
The Dubai company that the ports are being outsourced to has a clean record and US security forces will have the control of the security of the ports. The contract signifies US's committment towards its rules for globalization.
This contract will also help more companies from the Middle East to set up base in America. I personally feel that no two regions with good business relations will ever get into a war and history is a proof of this. Discrimination on the grounds of race and nationality will only result in America's business environment rating to fall and will further lead to the nations economic downfall.
Will the liberals of America ever get really liberal ??

I see it coming pretty soon actually with the housing bubble, healthcare failure and financial cuts for disaster management organizations.
in a word dude,, no, they never will really get liberal.. the amount of stupidity and hypocrisy dripping in the political system leaves me amazes!
